A really popular choice with regards to catering options for events has and always will be a great barbecue. There is nothing greater than sitting in the summer sun enjoying a variety of fantastic meats all cooked to perfection on the barbecue. The tastes and smells are un-paralleled and we here at Platinum hog roasts wanted to meet that demand. The barque plate sits on top of the machine; the doors usually used when cooking using the other accessories are removed and hung from the machine. This gives the user a large surface area on which a wide variety of products can be cooked.

The heat is supplied from the two burners that run the full length of the machine. The thermostatically controlled gas taps allow the user to create an even temperature throughout the barbecue plate. This gives such a degree of control that food products can be cook to absolute perfection. The barbecue plate is perfect for cooking a wide range of product such as burgers, sausages, steaks, chicken, fish, vegetables and everything else that is traditionally barbecued.BBQ Set Hog Roast Machines

What sets the platinum range apart from other barbecues is the fact that below the barbecue plate the user still as complete access to the lower cooking level. This allows the user to cook extra items in the lower layer which can then be added to the barbecue once cooked.

This gives rise to two advantages firstly the capacity of the machine is vastly increased when compare to standard barbecues. Just the one Platinum machine can supply food for hundreds of people reducing the need for extra equipment, this in turn make the service easy as all the food can be distributed direct from the machine. Secondly the extra cooking capability would allow the user to cook none barbecue items in the lower layer. This therefore increases the versatility of the machine, for example whilst barbecuing in the upper layer joints of meat, jacket potatoes, vegetables and other food items could be cooking in the lower layer. The possibilities are truly endless.
